The aim of this project was to create a design that was themed on recycled materials. I wanted to show that objects may have more than one use and that recycled materials can also be desirable.

I was inspired by a wallpaper company called Timorous Beasties that regularly add hidden objects into their designs, and so created a set of four Damask style wallpaper designs that’s contents were a collection of recycled materials.

This style was adopted in order to create a luxurious feel to the wallpaper. A hand generated book was also created to accompany the designs.
